• Your posts will be graded according to the rubric (click the three ellipses and then Show Rubric) There had been a situation when a deadline of a project had to be saved by all the team members. None of the team members had been aware of the actual deadline. There had been an email sent to me and my team members at midnight the day before the deadline to be prepared as soon as I and my other team members would receive and see the email. This email had not been effective because there could not be any scope for any of the team members to meet the project manager or any other supervisor to obtain assistance to complete the project within such short notice and deadline. There should have been information provided earlier during the daytime.
